Recognising Neurodiversity in Construction is a powerful and insightful half‑day course designed specifically for those working in construction sector.
As the industry continues to face skills shortages, safety demands, and growing expectations around inclusion, understanding neurodiversity has become essential. This course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to create more supportive and effective working environments.
Designed with real-world application in mind, the session goes beyond theory. By the end of the course, you will have identified at least one meaningful action or personal commitment to implement within your workplace.
This course aims to provide
An introduction to neurodiversity and how it relates to the construction industry
Considerations for organisations on reasonable adjustments and inclusion strategies
An awareness of what we can do if a colleague discloses that they are neurodivergent
Knowledge and understanding for creating a more inclusive workplace
This course is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen team performance, improve wellbeing, and contribute to a safer, more inclusive construction environment.

Certification
Upon completion of the course you will be issued with a PCR certificate. Certification for this course has no expiry.

Course Objectives
The objectives of the Recognising Neurodiversity in Construction course are

4. Demonstrate inclusive communication and supervision practices.
