CONSTRUCTION DESIGN & MANAGEMENT (CDM) REGULATIONS 2015 AWARENESS
4 HOUR COURSE
Introduction
PCR Global have developed this short CDM Awareness course specifically to provide additional knowledge to those in the construction industry to which Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 apply.
Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 is important across the entire construction supply chain, not just for legal compliance, but to improve safety, coordination, and project outcomes.
All too often we have found that that the roles and responsibilities defined with CDM are not fully understood. An organisation typically considered a principal contractor, for example, may not realise that they hold designer or principal designer responsibilities under CDM potentially impacting risk on site.
This course can be delivered at your location or Online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and is designed to assist those working within the construction industry including Construction Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, senior management teams and anyone new to Construction Project Management.

CDM Awareness 28th October 2025
“Delivery was pitched at the right level and flexible enough to cover the specific requirements and questions raised by 4site, on the day, and as training progressed. The inclusion of the SWOT Analysis as the course progressed allowed 4site to identify gaps in its management system and was an extremely useful take-away from the course.”
“Thank you for delivering the CDM awareness course yesterday to the team, the feedback and discussion from the course has been phenomenal and was greatly received. The team commented on the professionalism and they were blown away by the tutors knowledge. Its certainly prompted the relevant discussion for site, and made everyone aware of their legal responsibilities. ”
