Introduction
Permit to Work Systems (Awareness Course) is a two and half hour course.
Most Site Managers know the term and process ‘Permit to Work’ really well, but how much support or training they get on their own permit system system varies greatly.
Permits are there when the hazards need closer control such as ... Who does what, when they can do it, when they can't do it, how they should be doing it... and importantly, that an initial assessment is in please to best ensure safety during the task before it is allowed to start.
In essence, a Permit to Work System is a robust form of a Safe System to Work ... if you are new to Health and Safety it is worth reading over each line of the one your company may provide.

Certification
Upon completion of the course you will be issued with a PCR certificate. Certification for this course has no expiry.

Your Tutor
